Operational quality assurance relies on daily control of raw materials, production processes and finished products ready for transport. Every process is closely supervised, with a particular focus on food safety. All production facilities have trained staff to perform such controls.

Deviations to the quality requirements and quality system are documented. All deviations are evaluated and actions to close the deviations are recorded. Customer complains of delivered products are recorded (with documentation) and actions recorded to ensure learning.
